7 – Video and Audio Playback
Skipping to select files for playback
On the Home Screen, use g and t to skip to the file you want to play back.
Press g when in the middle of a file to skip to the beginning of that file. Press
g
when at the beginning of a file to skip to the beginning of the previous file.
At the beginning or middle of a file, press t to skip to the beginning of the
next file.
NOTES
Only files in the playback area can be played. •
The track name, file number and other file information for the currently •
playing file appear on the display.
The
• icon appears on the display when playback is stopped at the
beginning of a file, and the icon appears when playback is paused in
the middle of a file.
Playback
When the Home Screen is open, press the PLAY button when playback is
stopped to start playback.
NOTES
Only files of the type that suits the current operation mode in the •
playback area can be selected and played.
You can also choose any file of the type that suits the current operation
•
mode for playback by name on the BROWSE screen.
This recorder can only play mov files that it created.

Pausing and stopping playback
When the Home Screen is open, press the STOP/PAUSE button to pause
playback at the current position.
Press the STOP/PAUSE button again to stop playback and return to the
beginning of the file.
When playback is paused, press the PLAY button to restart playback from the
current position.
