6 – Working with files and folders on the BROWSE screen
List mode
In FILE list mode, file and folder names are shown with icons.
Operation mode
The icon at the upper left corner shows the current operation mode.
Folder name
The name of the currently open folder is shown at the top of the list with
a folder icon.
File name list
The names of the files in the currently open folder are shown in a list. The
currently selected file is shown with an orange background.
The icons next to the file names show the file type.
Icons shown in list view
The icons shown mean the following.
Video file
This icon, which is shown only in video mode, appears before the names
of video files.
Only playable video files that have the .mov extension are shown.
Audio file
This icon, which is shown only in audio mode, appears before the names
of audio files.
Only audio files with .wav extension are shown.
Photo file
This icon, which is shown only in photo mode, appears before the names
of photo files.
Only still image files with the .jpg extension are shown.
folder
This icon appears next to folders created inside “MY_FOLDER” on the
microSD card.
Open folder
This icon appears before the name of the folder that is open. The
contents of this folder are shown on this screen.
