Creating Private VLAN, do the steps first.
a. Create VLAN groups, and define as “Primary”, “Community”, or “Isolated”.
b. Associate Community VLAN with Primary VLAN. If more than one Primary VLAN,
select Primary VLAN first and then do the association.
