Each message is ended with a single character which signals the end of the message:

“cr” Carriage return character for commands
•
“]” End bracket for responses
Note: For the external keypad (i.e., the KP10), the end of message character is:

“cr]” Carriage return and end bracket for commands

“]” End bracket for responses
