Configure basic settings of your Thuraya XT

Ɣ 10.2.1. Wallpaper
To set the background picture of your idle
screen you can choose different wallpapers.
Your XT DUAL comes with 5 preloaded
wallpapers - however, you can add own
pictures as well. If you have already pictures
saved on your phone you can go to the menu
Wallpaper and jump with the left or right navigation keys ( ) to
your image files. Select your preferred picture and press Activate
to set it as wallpaper.

Ɣ 10.2.2. Screensaver
Your Thuraya XT DUAL comes with two
screensavers: Thuraya (default) and a Digital
clock. You can either switch the screensav-
ers off or activate it after 15 or 30 seconds.
In addition the Backlight of the screen can be
set to be always on or switch off after 15 or 30
seconds.

‡ If the backlight is set to be always on, the battery consumption
of your XT DUAL will increase!
