Stratix V GX Edition Reference Manual
The OVERTEMPn and TSENSE_ALERTn signals are driven by the MAX1619 temperature
sense device based on a programmable threshold temperature. The OVERTEMPn signal
is driven to the MAX II System Controller. An over-temperature warning LED (D7)
indicates the temperature fault condition.
Table 2–44 lists the temperature sense interface pin assignments, signal names, and
functions.
Table 2–45 lists the temperature sense component reference and manufacturing
information.
