As soon as an additional expansion module has been connected to the
system, the project must be amended using the PNOZmulti Configura-
tor. Proceed as described in the operating instructions for the base unit.
6.3.2 Preparing for operation

Install the Device Description File in your configuration software.
You can only then use the PNOZ mc2.1p.
 Connect the supply voltage to the base unit:
Terminals 24 V and A1 (+): + 24 VDC
Terminals 0 V and A2 (-) : 0 V
