Test Information and Control
The Report information contains the following:

Header allows you to enter a name as a report header, using up to
128 characters.

Title is the name of the saved test.

Contractor allows you to enter the name of a contractor used to
perform the test, if other than the operator.

Customer is the name of the customer for which the test was run.

Operator allows you to enter the name of the network operator.

Job ID allows you to create/edit a unique identifier for the task.

Circuit ID allows you to create/edit a unique identifier for the
circuit under test.

User ID/ Name allows you to enter up to 64 alphanumeric
characters.

Comments allows you to add any relevant information using up to
128 characters.

Location Setup List - Test From/To allows you to select from the
following values: DSLAM, NID, CPE, CROSSBOX, FRAME.

Clear button clears all the entries on the Report page.

Format allows you to select MHTML, PDF, or HTML for the
generated report format.
To confirm your selections tap OK or Cancel to abort.

Close icon closes the current test results saved in memory, in the
Read Result application.
