Installing a Downloaded Program File
To install a program file that you have downloaded from the
Internet to your hard drive, complete the following steps:
1. Terminate your Internet connection.
2. Close all programs.
3. From the Windows taskbar, click the Start button, point to
Settings, and then click Control Panel.
4. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs

icon to open
the Add/Remove Program Properties dialog box.
5. Click Install to open the Install Program from Floppy Disk
or CD-ROM window.
6. Click Next to open the Run Installation Program window.
7. Click Browse to locate and select the setup.exe or
install.exe file for the downloaded software.
8. Click Open to begin the installation process.
