Welcome to your VCR owner’s manual.
This manual describes theVRB46l and theVRB66I.TheVRB46l is a monaural (single sound source) system, while
the VRB661 is a stereo system. Otherwise, the two models are exactly the same. In this manual, the VRB661 is illus
trated. (The VRB461 has single AUDIO IN/OUT jacks. Otherwise, the VRB461 looks exactly like the VRB66I.)
This manual has seven sections: Setting Up Your VCR; Description of Controls; Basic Operations; Recording; Playing;
Additional Features; and Information You May Need.The instructions explain all of the VCR’s features, which are list
ed below. You cannot hurt your VCR by trying the features! So read on - and relax.

other tapes may result in poor picture quality and excessive deposits on
the video heads, which may not be covered by the warranty if damage
occurs.
Note to the Cable TV System Installer: This reminder is provided
to call the Cable TV system installer’s attention to Article 820-40 of the
National Electrical Code, which provides guidelines for proper grounding
- in particular, specifying that the cable ground shall be connected to the
grounding system of the building, as close to the point of cable entry as
possible.
