**Avoid Common Pitalls Shown Below**

Insulation cover must be removable

Tape is not sufficient to hold insulation

Use weld-on pins to attach insulation

Avoid flanges taller than insulation

This typical door is tough to insulate

Duct access must be insulated (not bare)

Shown is a typical factory door

Insulation cover must be easily removable

Banding over doors should be avioded

Code requires door be insulated

This door only has a clearance shield
