Using Port Monitor
(PMon2)
This procedure will check whether the RocketPort can:
•
Communicate through the RocketPort device driver
•
Determine if a port is open with an application
Testing Comtrol
COM Ports
If necessary, use
Installing the Comtrol Utility
on Page 53 to install Port Monitor.
1.
Start Port Monitor, from the Start menu, select Programs > Comtrol > Utilities >
Port Monitor (PMon2).

Click Add Ports using the icon or Tools > Add Ports,

Click Driver, the appropriate
product (or products), and click
Ok.
