6.3 Changing the Haze Scale
Two different display modes can be
selected to display the measured
haze values:
Hlog – logarithmic scaling with
brightness compensation
Hlin – linear scaling without
brightness compensation
Normally, the setting Hlog is used.
Hlin is only used for special
applications (see chapter 10).
The calibration data always relates
to the linear haze value without
brightness compensation.
To change the haze scaling push
the measuring unit into the
protective holder and switch the
unit on by pressing the mode
button.
Skip the calibration and measuring
routines by pressing mode
repeatedly until the currently set
scale as shown in figure 7 is
displayed.
Change the scale by pressing
operate and confirm by pressing
mode.
