If Paper Jam Still

Occurs in the Fuser

After clearing a Paper Jam 2 or Paper Jam 3, if the paper jam message

is still present, there may be paper fragments under the fuser, requiring

removal of the fuser unit.

Before checking the inside of the fuser, allow the fuser to cool (about 5

minutes).

Press clamshell release button. Clamshell will open automatically.

Remove drum unit.

Remove developer unit.
