Power Switch

Before turning on the power switch, be sure to plug one end of the power supply

cord into the receptacle on the rear of the machine and the other end into an ordinary
AC outlet.

The power switch is iocated on the rear panel.

Turn the power switch to * position to turn on the power. The power lamp on the

control panel should light up.

Your machine uses little power, and you should keep it ON at all times. If you turn
the machine OFF for too long, the contents of the memory (such as ID number, logo
you registered) will be iost. (Note that the power supply to the memory is backed

up by a battery to preserve the memory contents in case of a short power failure.)
