Using the Timer
Have you read and completed “Setting the Time
of Day” on page 19? If not, please complete these
sections before continuing.
The following example shows how to set the timer play function for
listening from 7:15 to 8:00.
Switch on the power.
1 Press CLOCK/TIMER.
2 0 Turn the jog dial to select P-TIMER.
P-TIMER will appear on the display, after which the display
will show the timer ON and OFF time of 0:00.
•The display will return to what it was previously indicated
if you allow 10 or more seconds to elapse before you
accomplish the next operation.

(D Press SET.
The tinner ON time of 0 will start flashing.
0 Turn the jog dial to select the hour you wish
timer play to begin. In this case, set it on 7.
The 7 will flash.

0Turn the jog dial to select the minutes you
want timer play to begin. In this case, set it
on 15.
The 15 will flash.

0 Press SET.
The minutes will stop flashing and the timer OFF time of 7
will start flashing.
0Turn the jog dial to select the hour you
want timer play to end. In this case, set It on
8 .
The 8 will flash.

want timer play to end. In this case, set it on
