20. Is the adjusted weight, in the lower right corner, reading a weight or 000000 ?
If the adjusted weight is showing a good weight, the problem is within the 920i configuration
If the adjusted weight is displaying 000000 , the iQUBE has lost calibration or the core has gone bad.
21. Is one single cell reading bad?
If yes, go to step 22.
If no, go to step 26.
22. Is the single cell reading 62mV?
If yes, the cell bridge is open or there is a bad cell. Check the signal and go to step 27.
If no, go to step 23.
23. Is a single cell reading around -16 mv?
If yes, the negative excitation wire is broken or disconnected.
24. Compared to the other cells, is the single cell reading very low?
If yes, the + EXC wire is broken.
25. Is the cell reading high, low or not moving?
This could be a binding cell or some other mechanical problem.
26. Is the bad cell on a slave only?
27. Open the J-box(s).
28. If using a slave, are the comm lights D7 and D8 on the master flashing?
29. Are all the lights green for the correct number of cells?
30. For any red lights, pull the wires and check bridge resistance.
31. If everything is correct, proceed with a theoretical calibration.
32. If the theoretical calibration works, proceed with a Cal-Match final calibration.
