4.3.4 View the KML File on Google Earth
1. Playback the recorded file from hard disk that is containing of recorded video data of MOB DVR(see
also Chapter 4.3.2 )
i The recorder file must contain GPS data in order to save in *.KML format and view on Google
Earth.
2. During the playback, select a video segment that user wants to save in *.KML file format (see also
Chapter 4.3.1 )
3. Click Export and select Export KML to save the video segment in *.KML format.
4. To install Google Earth, open the browser and enter http://earth.google.com . And download the
Google Earth from the web page.
5. After installed Google Earth, double click the KML file that user has saved before.
6. The Google Earth will automatically activate and load the KML file.
7. User can view the actual location of recorded file according to the GPS data that MOB DVR has
recorded.
