Al = Artificial Intelligence, AF = Autofocus
The AiAF (Smart AF) function has a wide measuring area
and is the latest mechanism for accurately adjusting the
focus. This mechanism was developed based on the
analysis of several thousand photographs and Canon's
unique know-how.
