•When the power is turned on, the lens is set to the wide-angle
position.
•Every time the wide-angle/telephoto button is pressed, the
position changes between wide-angle and telephoto.

• If the lens remains in the telephoto position for approx.
4 minutes without use, the lens automatically retracts
into the camera and is set to the wide-angle position
This occurs to protect the lens
