Memory Dialing
You can program up to 10 frequently called
numbers into memory for speed dialing ((§) to
(D).
You can program a phone number of up to 16
digits for each speed dialing location. (A
(JDi^ and (REDiAL/PAUSE) are each
counted as one digit.)
Programming Numbers

Make sure that the MODE switch on the
handset is set to the RING ON position.

Press (VOL/PGM).
The TALK lamp blinks.
Press (RECALL).
Press a dialing key (® to ®) to designate
the speed dialing memory location.
You will hear a confirmation beep.
Dial the phone number you wish to program.
You can program the (§) to ® dialing keys,
®,®and (REDIAL/PAUSE).

Press (VOL/PGM).
You will hear a long confirmation beep.
To change a programmed number
Program a new number into the same location
using the procedure above. The old number
will be erased automatically.
• If you try to enter a number that exceeds 16
digits, an alarm will sound. Go back to step 1.
• Do not let more than 20 seconds elapse between
any two steps of the programming procedure.
• If you enter a wrong number, go back to step 1.
• You cannot program when receiving an incoming
call.

If you press a key without a phone number
programmed, five short error beeps will sound.
