Replacing the CD/Diskette Drive

Align the replacement CD/diskette drive assembly with the opening in the side of the peripheral bay.

Press the CD/diskette drive assembly firmly into the side of the peripheral bay and slide the assembly towards the back of the peripheral bay until the
release latch snaps into place (see

Replace the peripheral bay into the system chassis (see "

Reconnect your system and peripherals to their electrical outlets, and turn on the system.
