RingOnOffTime Specifies the ringer cadence pattern, expressed as three comma-separated
integers a,b,c, where:
• a—Number of seconds to wait before turning the ring on.
• b—Number of seconds to wait before turning the ring off.
• c—Ring frequency.
Value type: Three comma-separated integers.
Default value: 2,4,25
DialTone Tone that plays when the phone is ready to accept the first digit of a telephone
number or an IP address.
Value type: Array of 11 short integers.

DialTone2 Secondary dial tone. For example, this tone might play after you dial a number
to obtain an outside line.
