OC_CloseScanner
This function must always be called before exiting the application.
Syntax:

OC_CloseScanner(HANDLE handle);
Parameters:
Description:
This function releases control of the scanner device, releases the
interrupt assigned by OC_OpenScanner, and disables the segment
address assignment.
Return Value:
Considerations:
Supported in the DOS API library and the Windows NT API library
