Dial pause: the modem will pause for a specified time before
dialing the following digits.

Wait for dial tone: the modem will wait for a dial tone before
dialing the digits following "W".

silence before continuing with the next dial string parameter.

Using PAS
To enter the Setup dialog, select the ETC2002 site from the list box on the
PAS toolbar, select Communications Setup from the Meter Setup menu, and
then click on the Dial-Up Networking Setup tab.
