To remove your child from the Infant
Car Seat:
1. Loosen the Restraint Harness by
pressing and holding the Adjuster
Strap Lock, while pulling up on the
Restraint Harness Straps (Photo U).
2. Open the Chest Clip by squeezing
the tabs and separating the two
halves (Photo V).
3. Unbuckle the Buckle by pressing
the red button (Photo W).

10. Slowly pull the Adjuster Strap to
snugly adjust the Restraint Harness
onto the child (Photo R).

CLICK the Chest Clip pieces
together and position the Chest
Clip at armpit level, as shown
(Photo S).

CHECK again that the Restraint
Harness straps are not twisted.
13. CHECK that the Restraint Harness
is snug on shoulder and thighs. Do
not allow more than one fi nger to
pass between straps and the child’s
shoulder (Photo T). A snug strap
should not allow any slack. It lies
in a relatively straight line without
sagging. It does not press on the
child’s fl esh or push the child’s
body into an unnatural position.
