Data Acquisition
The method for validating alignment is to gather data through the strain-gauged
specimen’s strain (2000 microstrain)/load capability. This can be done by
manually adjusting the setpoint (static) or by programming a ramp (dynamic).
The preferred method for gathering data is to ramp manually to each setpoint.
This allows the system to settle.

Start/Resume/Stop/Clear
The Start, Stop, Resume buttons control the accumulation of data. The Clear
button, when pressed, will clear (erase) accumulated data.
Note
When you press Resume (after Start and Stop) it adds a hole in the data
(that is, a gap between the data before Stop and data after Resume).
