1. Right click the My Network Places icon and select Properties.
Note
The Local Area Connection in the next step must be the one
associated with the added network interface card; typically Local Area
Connection #2. This connection must be enabled. If the connection is
disabled (red X next to the icon), see
“Possible Local Area Connection
on page 148 in the Appendix section for additional information
2. Right click the Local Area Connection icon and select Properties.
