7.6.3 Adjusting the knife angle
Tools required:
• Allen key (size 5).
Proceed as follows:
1. Comply with the safety instructions provided in chapter 7.6.
2. Loosen screws (1).
3. Rotate knife holder (2) selecting the desired knife angle on scale (3)
(recommended angle = 20°).
4. Tighten screws (1).
