PLANTING RATES FOR SEED METER IN
POUNDS PER ACRE
1. Rates are for 11 tooth driver. Double these values for
the 22 tooth driver. See Figure 3-7.
2. Rates are intended as a guide only. Variation in size
and cleanliness will affect rates. Check acreage and
pounds of seed used for best results.
Calibration of Seed Boxes
Machine may be calibrated for unlisted seed as follows
(Steps 1-3 apply for all model sizes):
1. Disengage clutch (electrical power is required.
Otherwise, remove or disengage chain from 37 Tooth
sprocket. See Figure 3-7.
2. Raise machine and lock in transport position.
3. Place a canvas or tarp under the machine to catch
seed.
