INDEPENDENT TOOTH CONTROL INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FOR ML AND WL PULVI-MULCHERS WITH ROTATING TEETH
The teeth will operate independent of lift cylinders •
Each kit will require either a ratchet jack or hydraulic •
cylinder to set teeth working depth
WARNING: Read entire instructions before attempting to assemble these
kits. Failure to comply with this warning can result in personal injury or death,
damage to the machine or its components and inferior operation.
Illustrations on the following pages outline installation of the kits with figures
showing the correct placement of existing and new tooth brackets.
Note: After bracket installation always double check position of brackets to tooth
orientation before operating.
When hydraulic cylinders are used, plumb hydraulic circuit per hydraulic
schematics attaching hoses to the frame with supplied cable ties where necessary.
