INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
MID-MOUNT HITCH KIT (LCSIII) P/N 2P112
LAND COMMANDER III
NOTE
Prior to mounting the Mid-Mount Hitch loosen the
Hydraulic Hose Clamp Pairs to allow hose movement and
easier hitch installation.
1. Position the Mid-Mount Hitch Weldment onto the
inner frame tubes, 9 1/4” from the lateral frame tube.
See Figure 1-1.
2. Place a 4 hole plate under the frame and attach it to
the mount using (4) 5/8-11 x 8 bolts and lock nuts. Do
not fully tighten at this time. Repeat the procedure for
the remaining 3 plates.
3. Insert the Tandem Haul Adapter Plug into the plug
bracket and secure with attached hardware.
4. Attach both (2) 08MJ X 08FOR Bulkhead Fittings into
the plug bracket and tighten.
5. Attach the (2) Female Couplings and the (2) 45 deg.
Fittings to the Bulkhead Fittings and tighten.
6. Attach the Tandem Haul Adapter Wiring Harness to
the Tandem Haul Adapter Plug, then route the
harness along the left hand side of frame, back to the
AG Harness Extension and plug-in.
7. Attach both (2) 3/8 x 285” Hydraulic Hoses to the 45
deg. fittings and tighten. Attach (2) 08MJ x 08MOR
Adapters and Male Coupling Tips to the opposite end
of the hoses and tighten. Route the harness along
the left hand inner frame, and along the Drawbar
through the Hose Support. Attach to the tractor.
8. Secure all loose hoses and wiring harnesses to the
frame using Ty-Straps provided.
9. Insert Drilled Ball Hitch into top of mount and secure
with 3/4” pin.
10. Tighten all bolts and hoses. See Page 1-3.
