• All machines have a grease zerk on the bearings on each end of
the front and rear rollers. Pull type machines have a zerk
on each wheel arm pivot as well.
• Oil roller chains periodically.
• Repack wheel bearings annually.
• When machine is not used for some time,
exposed portions of hydraulic cylinder rods
must be cleaned and covered with a thick
coat of grease to prevent corrosion
which will damage seals.

• Grease wheel arms every 4 hours
when machine is constantly raised
and lowered.
