In the expanded dialog box you can select a specific printer.
3 When you’ve made your choices, click Format (or OK in a program that’s not GX-savvy).
Your document is now set up for printing.
Printing a document
To print a document, follow these steps:
1 Open the document you want to print, or select its icon in the Macintosh Finder.
2 Choose Print from the File menu.
A dialog box appears, displaying a number of printing options. The dialog
box you see may not exactly match any of the illustrations in step 3, but it
works basically the same way. The most common choices are already set
for you.
