b. Using a hydraulic floor jack or other brace, posi-
tion kit rocker panel (driver) onto body. Ensure
kit rocker panel mates flush against body.
c. Align two slots with front drain plug hole and rear
body channel hole. Secure kit rocker panel
(driver) to body with c-clamps or locking pliers.
d. Install kit rocker panel (driver) onto body with kit
bolts (1/4” x 1”) as shown below.
NOTE
TJL Models: When aligning kit rocker panel (driver) in
above substep, ensure rear most mount aligns with 3/
8” hole drilled into bottom body channel.

drilled to 3/8” and has kit rivet nut installed!!!
e. Install kit rocker panel (driver) onto body with
five kit bolts (1/4” x 1”), five kit washers (1/4”
fender), and fit kit nuts (1/4” flange).
f. Install kit rocker panel (driver) onto body chan-
nel and kit bolt (3/8” x 2” carriage) with kit
washer (1/2” x 2”) and kit nut (3/8” flange).
NOTE
It may be necessary to use additional kit washers (1/2”
x 2”) to fill space between body channel and kit rocker
panel (driver).
