INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

Read and understand all instructions, warnings, cau-
tions, and notes in this sheet and in your owner’s man-
ual before you install this kit.

WARNING

The Jeep Wrangler is rated as a Class I tow vehicle.
See owner’s manual. The kit bumper is equipped with
a 2” receiver for vehicle recovery purposes. The kit
bumper is NOT rated for towing.

Before starting installation

1. Carefully read all warnings and instructions

completely before beginning.

2. Verify all parts have been received in this kit by

checking the parts list at the end of this document.

3. Only install this kit on the vehicle for which it is

specified. If anytime during the installation you
encounter something different from what is outlined
in the instructions, call technical support at (928)
636-7080.

4. Park the vehicle on a clean, dry, flat, level surface

and block the tires so the vehicle cannot roll in either
direction.

Install kit

1. Stock bumper

a. Remove bolts securing stock bumper to bottom

of frame. If equipped with tow hooks, remove
additional bolts and tow hooks.

b. Remove four nuts and stock bumper from frame.

NOTE

Kit parts are prefaced by the word kit and appear in
bold print.

Kit # 87026: Factory Tire Carrier Spacer (TJ) is
recomended if using a larger tire or OEM wheel & tire
on stock tire carrier. This will help give extra clearence
between the tire and the OR-Fab bumper.
