Pumpenkopf
In der Regel wird die MCP-Z
Standard Zahnradpumpe als kom-
plette Einheit geliefert, bestehend
aus dem Antrieb MCP-Z Standard,
und sofern bestellt:
1 Pumpenkopf
2 Schlauchnippel (2 Stk.)
a Antriebsmagnet inbegriffen
Für die MCP-Z Standard sind un-
terschiedliche Pumpenköpfe mit
Zahnrädern aus PTFE, PPS oder
Graphit erhältlich.
Eine Übersichtstabelle der verfüg-
baren Pumpenköpfe finden Sie
auf Seite 49/50.

Achten Sie immer darauf,
den für Ihren Pumpenkopf
richtigen Magneten einzu-
setzen.

Für die Montage brauchen Sie
folgende Werkzeuge:
– Inbusschlüssel

– Kreuzschlitzschraubenzieher
(Gr.0)
Alle Schrauben von der Befe-
stigungshülse (a) am Antrieb
entfernen.
(Zum Antrieb erhalten Sie stan-
dardmäßig zwei zusätzliche, lange
Schrauben für die Befestigung
{oben und unten} der großen
Pumpenköpfe, Serie 200).
Pump head
In general, the MCP-Z Standard
gear pump is supplied as a com-
plete unit, consisting of the MCP-
Z Standard drive, and as ordered:
1 pump head
2 tubing adapters (2 pcs.)
a Driving magnet included
For the MCP-Z Standard, a wide
range of different gear pump
heads with PTFE, PPS or graphite
gears are available.
You find an overview chart of
the pump heads available on
page 49/50.

Before mounting a new
pump head, make sure that the
correct magnet is fitted to the
drive.

The following tools are required
for mounting a pump head:
– Allen key

– Phillips screwdriver (Size 0)
Remove all screws from the fixing
case (a) of the drive.
(Together with the drive, two long
screws are additionally supplied
for fastening the large pump
heads of the series 200 {at the
top and the bottom} of the pump
head face).
Tête de pompe
En règle générale la pompe à
engrenages MCP-Z Standard est
livrée sous forme d‘unité comp-
lète, comprenant le moteur et,
selon commande:
1 tête de pompe
2 raccords (2 pces.)
a aimant d’entraînement inclus
Des têtes de pompe différentes
avec des engrenages en PTFE, PPS
ou en graphite sont disponibles
pour l'MCP-Z Standard.

disponibles.

Veillez à toujours utiliser
l’aimant qui correspond à votre
tête de pompe.

Pour le montage, vous avez be-
soin des outils suivants:
– une clé Inbus

– un tournevis cruciforme
(taille 0)
Extraire toutes les vis du boîtier de
fixation (a) sur le moteur.
(En plus du moteur, vous recevez
de série deux longues vis supp-
lémentaires pour la fixation {en
haut et en bas} des grandes têtes
de pompe, serie 200).
