Installing the Xerox Font Management Utility
The Xerox Font Management Utility is a tool used to maintain fonts on network printers. Font lists can
be developed and modified for your printers. For example, if you have special fonts that are used in
documents but are not readily available on your printer(s), use the Xerox Font Management Utility to
download the required fonts to the printers. Using the utility, fonts may be viewed, printed, downloaded
to printers, or your downloaded (non-resident) fonts exported to a file. You may also maintain printer
lists for font management.
