Compression
Once the desired file format has been selected the compression button
to the right of the format
will allow the user to choose the compression type to control file size.
Note: the options available for compression are format dependent so they vary from one format to
another.
•
Compression Tab – Allows the user to
choose the file compression to be applied
to the output file.
•
File Organization Tab – Allows the user to
Automatically Create Pages and set the
Height.
•
Security – Allows the user to set a Password
for the output file.
•
Color Options – Allow the user to select
available ICC profiles and apply them to the output.
•
Archiving – Allows the use to add a Title, Author, Subject and Keywords to the created file.
