Command Description
config iparp add Adds a permanent entry to the ARP table. Specify the IP address and
MAC address of the entry.
config iparp delete Deletes an entry from the ARP table. Specify the IP address of the
entry.
clear iparp { | vlan } Removes dynamic entries in the IP ARP table. Permanent IP ARP
entries are not affected.
config iparp add proxy {}
{} {always} Configures proxy ARP entries. Up to 64 proxy ARP entries can be
configured. When
mask is not specified, an address with the mask
255.255.255.255 is assumed. When mac_address is not specified,
the MAC address of the switch is used in the ARP Response. When
always is specified, the switch answers ARP Requests without
filtering requests that belong to the same subnet of the receiving
router interface.
config iparp delete proxy [
{} | all] Deletes one or all proxy ARP entries.
config iparp timeout Configures the IP ARP timeout period. The default setting is 20
minutes. A setting of 0 disables ARP aging.
show iparp { |
permanent} Displays the IP Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) table. You can
filter the display by IP address, VLAN, or permanent entries.
show iparp proxy { {}} Displays the proxy ARP table.
