4. Once you locate the entry, press the key to dial the number, or press the Options soft key to access the
following Phonebook entry options:
• Edit: allows you to edit the Name and number for the selected contact.
• Send message: allows you to send a message to the selected number. You may choose between Text message, Send picture,
Audio postcard, or Voice note.
• New contact: takes you to the Add new contact menu.
• Call: allows you to call the currently selected contact.
• Assign speed dial: allows you to assign a speed dial key number to the selected Phonebook entry.
• Send name card via: allows you to send your name card via Text message, Picture message, or Bluetooth enabled device.
• Delete: allows you to delete the selected name and number from your Phonebook, delete multiple numbers, or delete all
numbers. You are asked to confirm your name and number deletion by pressing the Yes soft key. To cancel, press the No soft
key.
• Add to block list: allows you to add the currently created contact entry to a list of blocked numbers. These numbers are
rejected by the phone.
• Copy to Phone/SIM card: allows you to copy the selected content entry or all contact entries to the Phone, or SIM card.
• Select language: allows you to select between English, Français, and Español.
5. Pressing the View key displays the entry’s information.
6. Press the Options soft key after the contact information displays, for these additional options:
• Edit: allows you to edit the name and number fields in the entry. You can also add an email address and notes.
• Send message: allows you to send a message to the selected number. You may choose between Text message, Send picture,
Voice note, or an Audio postcard.
• Assign speed dial: allows you to assign a speed dial key number to the selected Phonebook entry.
• Send name card via: allows you to send your name card via Text message or Picture message or a Bluetooth enabled device.
• Delete: allows you to delete the selected name and number from your Phonebook. You are then asked to confirm the name and
number deletion by pressing the Yes soft key. Press the No soft key to cancel the deletion.
• Copy to phone/SIM card: allows you to copy the selected contacts’ information to the Phone or SIM card.
• Add to block list: allows you to add the currently created contact entry to a list of blocked numbers. These numbers are
rejected by the phone.
• Print via Bluetooth: allows you to send the Contact list to a Bluetooth enabled printer.
