Messaging
4. Press until Show Folders is highlighted, then press
. The Folders screen with the contents in the
following table appears in the display.
Tip: If your Smartphone does not respond or send/receive e-
mail, go back to the Home Screen and re-establish an
Internet connection. While the connection is live, go back to
the Inbox/SMS menu and press the right soft key
( )
Menu. Select Send/Receive E-mail from the pop-up menu.
Folder Description
Deleted Items
Messages deleted from other folders are sent
here. You can restore deleted messages,
delete individual messages, or empty the
entire folder altogether.
Drafts
Postponed messages are sent to the Drafts
folder where they can later be recalled and
sent to the intended recipient. You can edit
the message before sending, or delete the
message, thereby sending it to the deleted
Inbox
New incoming messages are saved here. You
can delete, reply, forward, mark for download,
or mark the message as read.
Outbox
Messages are stored in the Outbox until they
are sent. Messages that could not be sent
remain in the Outbox where you can view
and/or delete them later.
Sent Items
Messages that have been sent are stored
here. You can Reply, Forward, Delete, or
Mark as Read.
