5. Press . A message appears in the display regarding
ActiveSync and Modem Link .
6. Press the left soft key ( ) OK .
7. The Modem Link properties in the following table appear
in the display.
8. Press until the setting that you wish to modify
is highlighted.
9. Press or to change the properties for the
highlighted setting.
Activate Modem Link
Once you’ve set up modem link’s connection settings, you’ll
need to activate modem link.
1. While in Modem Link connection settings, press the right
soft key (
) Menu . Activate and Deactivate appear in the
display, with Activate highlighted.
2. Press . Modem Link is activated.
Important! ActiveSync may not function properly when
Modem Link is enabled. Deactivate modem link before
establishing an ActiveSync connection.
