Looking Up a Name using Voice Recognition
1.
From the Home screen, press Menu (LSK)

Organizer
➔
Voice recognition.
2.
When the application says the “Say a command” prompt,
say “Look up”.
3.
If you hear “Say the name,” say a name of the recipient you
would like to look up.
– or –
If you hear “Say the name,” say Check Minutes (to look up
your current minute usage) or Voicemail (to access your
voicemails).
Opening Menus using Voice Recognition

From the Home screen, press Menu (LSK)

Organizer
➔
Voice recognition.
2.
When the application says the “Say a command” prompt,
say “Go to”. A list of valid destinations is displayed and you
are prompted with “Which shortcut?”
3.
If the list is too long to fit on one screen, you can say the
name of a destination. Examples can include: Web,
Calendar, Ringtones, Tasks, Contacts, Voicemail, or Games
and Apps.
4.
Say the name of the application you want the phone to
activate.
Checking Phone Status
You can use voice recognition to obtain information about your
phone such as Status, Messages, Missed calls, Time, Signal
strength, Network, Battery, My phone number, and Volume.

say “Check”.

When you hear “Which status item?”, speak an item.
