Select Remote GPIB (via E5810 or Remote IO Server).

Click Add.

Enter the N8201A performance downconverter’s IP address.
If you do not know the IP address, use the Synthetic Instrument Finder.

From the Windows Desktop,
select Start > All Programs > Agilent SI Tools> Synthetic Instrument Finder.

Select an instrument from the list of instruments shown to see its IP address.
