PROVIDER SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE RECORD
Whenever maintenance or service is performed on an Eclipse 5 unit, an entry should be made in the service log for that concentrator
or recorded in accordance with your company’s standard procedure. Whenever the case of the Eclipse 5 is opened, the flow rate, purity,
and alarm status should be verified per the Test Procedures in this manual.
EDAT may be utilized to record Eclipse 5 device status and dates of service.
