Make sure all required components are available.

If any components are missing, contact a sales representative.
Component Installation Notes
Library Do not unpack the library until it is in the
proper location.
SCSI card(s) Required number of cards installed in host depends on
library configuration. Connect drives and robotics
controller to differential fast/wide SCSI cards.
SCSI cables Required number of cables (68-pin) is one per drive and
one for the robotics controller. Maximum cable length
(total) is 25 meters.
Power cord Power cord is included with library.
Rack mount kit Rack mount kit is included with rack mount libraries.
Data cartridge One HP DLTtape IV data cartridge is included with
library.
Cleaning
cartridge Cleaning cartridge is included with library.
