HP Jetdirect troubleshooting
Processing configuration page
A green light that blinks quickly indicates that the print server is processing a
configuration page.
●
Wait for the page to finish printing, then check the print server's
Status light again. Click on Continue to return to the start of the
troubleshooting procedure to evaluate the state of the Status light.

If the configuration page does not print, cycle the printer's power by
doing the following:

Switch off the printer.
❍
Unplug the printer's power cord.
❍
Plug the power cord back in again.
❍
Switch on the printer.
(This prodecure is recommended because many printers maintain power for
fast warm-up even when the power switch is switched off. Unplugging the
power cord ensures that power is removed from the printer.)
Then check the print server's Status light again. Click on Continue to return
to the start of the troubleshooting procedure to evaluate the state of the
Status light.
