Select to add a single RVU. The location specified must have an
RVU ID as the name of the last directory in its path.

Select to have NSDEE search for preprocessors under the given
location and add all preprocessors found to the list of configured
SQL/MX preprocessors.

Select to add a single preprocessor. The location specified must
have as the last directory in its path a name that conforms to
preprocessor naming conventions.
