The target error information collection folder is created in the folder to
which collected information is output. The user specifies the folder to
which collected information is output when executing the DLMgetras
utility.
If you execute the DLMgetras utility without specifying the folder to which
collected information is output, the default for the folder to which
collected information is output is Windows-installation-destination-
drive\hdlmtemp\hdlmgetras nn, where nn is a number from 00 to 99.
